Each tablet contains:
Calcium (carbonate)….500mg
Derived from 1300mg of calcium carbonate from oyster shells.
Recommended purpose: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps maintain normal muscle function. Adequate calcium, as part of a healthy diet, may help prevent osteoporosis.
Recommended dosage (adults): 3 tablets daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a physician.
